Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan

The environment is great, the room was clean, and we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room with a ball pit – awesome! 👍 Upon arrival, someone greeted us and guided us, and the service attitude was excellent. When we left, a staff member helped us with our luggage and opened the car door – fantastic! 👍 The buffet dinner had an amazing variety of dishes, both light and innovative, and everything tasted delicious. We ate until we couldn't move! The breakfast also had a huge selection. My family said we *must* give it a full five-star review! Thumbs up! 👍 Next time we're in Shenzhen, we'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel opened in 2019, so the facilities are a bit dated, but everything is very tidy and clean. The front desk and room service are excellent. It's also quite close to Shenzhen University Town. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a rich variety of fresh ingredients. The only minor inconvenience is getting to the gym and swimming pool; you have to go to the 5th floor rooftop, cross over to the opposite building, then go down to the 3rd floor, and finally down to the 1st floor – it's a bit of a roundabout way. Hotel guests get free parking, but you need to register your license plate at the front desk every time you leave.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The smart toilet and bathtub were spotless. There's a rechargeable makeup mirror that you can take to the dining table to do your makeup, which shows they really considered the guest's convenience – a great experience. Facilities: Quite new. The room had a coffee machine and a Bluetooth speaker. There's also a TV in the bathtub. Service: Excellent service. I almost missed the Executive Lounge dinner, but they still reserved a meal for me. Dining: A good variety of choices, but the taste wasn't quite what I expected.

The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from University Station C exit. Near the subway station, there's also a Yitian Holiday Plaza, and the hotel itself boasts complete facilities, including a gym and an indoor swimming pool. The hotel breakfast was very rich, and the lobby design was unique and comfortable. Overall, the stay experience was great. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Meets basic requirements, pretty standard, nothing spectacular. Good option for business trips. Could the coffee in the lobby be improved? It's really terrible.

The location is excellent, close to several business districts and attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Bolin Tianrui Hotel is a highly recommended accommodation option.
