CJIA Apartment Hotel (Shenzhen Sports Center, Hongling North Metro Station)

The environment is comfortable, and the service is attentive. The hotel is quite new and located in Futian, very close to the subway station.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional! The front desk personnel were incredibly polite, and every time we had a question, they provided professional and clear answers, which made us feel reassured and valued. The cleaning staff were also very diligent, tidying up our room every day to make it neat and comfortable. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks regarding the hotel facilities. We specifically booked a room with a washing machine, but there was no dryer, which made laundry a bit inconvenient. Also, there's no door between the shower and the toilet, so the toilet area easily got wet when showering. If these two points could be improved, the overall experience would be perfect. Nevertheless, the service quality is still highly commendable!

The first king room I was given reeked of smoke. It was advertised as 20-25 square meters, but in reality, it was less than 10 square meters – barely enough space for two people to move around. I paid extra to upgrade to a business king room on the 5th floor, which was larger, but still had a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as I opened the door. To top it off, many rooms on the 5th floor had takeout containers and other trash piled outside their doors, making the hallway smell like old food. At 11:30 PM, I could clearly hear construction noise from outside the building through my window. Overall, a terrible experience.

There's a snack street right downstairs, so if you're hungry at night, you can always head down for a bite – it's got a great local vibe. The room matched the pictures perfectly; it was simple, clean, and very relaxing to stay in. The subway is nearby, which makes getting around super convenient whether you're traveling for leisure or business.

Exceeded expectations! The smell of disinfectant in the room immediately put me at ease, showing that hygiene is taken seriously and maintained properly. Though small, the room had everything you could need – a microwave, and even a washing machine (thoughtfully provided with detergent and disinfectant!). The shared kitchen and dryer room on the first floor were also incredibly convenient for travelers. I initially worried about the small room size, but the clever design made it a non-issue. The front desk staff were also very patient and helpful in resolving any problems. A truly great experience.
