優點:過來考科三的，距離很近。淋浴舒服，熱水足，科勒的洗浴不錯。非節假日價格也實惠。
缺點:房間有點味道，開窗透氣，沒有紗窗，蚊子太多，晚上12點還在打蚊子，我都打死了5隻。毛巾掉毛。

雖然不像宣傳圖片那樣，但總體來説還可以，簡約，晚上睡覺不吵，往前走兩分鐘就是農科院對面好多飯店，也有早餐吃，也有水果。。
