Xingyu Xingyuan Apartment Hotel (Shenzhen Shuiwan Metro Station)

The apartment is big and nice, it’s just a bit old but not that much. Still a nice place where to stay and have a good rest. You can also have a good views from the balcony!

location is good, right above metro station and shopping mall. Cleanliness was fair.

The room furnishings is abit old, but overall is ok, 210 m by foot to metro station, plenty of food options nearby good stay tho

The first room had a bad smell the 2nd room had roaches crawling on the bed the third room was okay

I had to change the room. First one was not clean, and bathroom extremely smelly ! Second room was a bit better, although the bathroom also had some tenant smell... you gotta keep the fan working and balcony to aerate the room. Only good point bed was comfortable.

Overall, the hotel staff stood out, providing excellent service throughout my stay. With a few updates to some facilities, this hotel has the potential to be a top-tier choice for travelers.

It’s in the very convenient location but the place smells and is torn down

This is a lovely apt type place, Air BnB type. The small room had a washing machine! and a balcony with view at Shenzhens huge huge spawning post modernity. As a smoker I really appreciated the balcony so I could smoke freely in the room while my boring teetotal friend was not disturbed by it. Will stay again during the Spring Summer or Spring Festival!
