A wonderful experience staying in the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The staff there were nice and very welcoming. Especially the wonderful Ulrica Tian. She was a wonderful person. Very kind, energetic and enthusiastic. The room is very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Enjoyed using the jacuzzi tub the most. Thank you again for the stay.

I booked for 3 nights in this hotel. Very close to Dongmen pedestrian shopping street. Close to Lowu border to HK. Check in was okay. Check out was smooth too. Catherine, the duty manager was very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the swimming pool. Unfortunately, no section for for children pool. They have kid’s club for my baby to play which is the reason why i booked here than other 5 star hotels in the area. Breakfast is fine. The options kept changing everyday. Housekeeping is actively reminding and cleaning the room everyday.

Perfect location and cleanliness. Dinner at Prego was perfect. We will definitely come back again.

Location of the hotel near center of the tourist attractions place, room cleanliness are good. Hotel stuff are friendly and remember my request to arrange the connector room for my family despite the China holiday period. Overall satisfy with the stay.

Concierge staff Uirica Tian is friendly and determined. Top class service from the front desk as well. Food selection is great.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Tian was very kind and helpful. We even got an upgrade for free, as they had availability. The hotel is also in a good location from where you can easily move around. Also very close to the pedestrian shopping area. Hotel is a little bit dated in some areas but still very well equipped, even has a really great gym and pool. Will definitely come back again!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom with free standing bath. Reception staff Simon and Linda spoke good English and were very helpful. Breakfast choice was very large and good quality. Vienna on ground floor was very comfortable and again excellent service.

It was a nice experience. My family and I spent a night at the hotel. I recommend they should be more generous with their breakfast buffet price. Because we went across the street from the hotel and had a far more better food at affordable prices.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights from March 30, 2024 to April 1, 2024. This hotel is rated 5-stars and I think it is appropriate. A truly 5-stars hotel. From the moment we walked into the front lobby, checked in at the front desk and opened the door to our room, it was a happy "feel good" experience. The room was clean and spacious. It comes with executive style rosewood furniture. A very big desk to use my laptop. The bathroom is big, comes with both a bathtub and shower stall. (See attached pictures) It has a security safe. Lots of closet space and drawers to unload our clothings. The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of selection, has Chinese Style and some western style breakfast. A special mention of front desk staff, Oded Hu who has gone the extra mile to assist me to all my needs. He knows that I am from Hong Kong and cannot understand Mandarin. He tried his best to use Cantonese to assist me. He informed me all the potential good restaurants aound the Hotel for lunch and dinner. He provided a map and direct me to all the attractions to see around shenzhen. He showed me how to navigate the Metro subway lines to get around the city. I mentioned that I couldn't access google map (which I am familiar in Hong Kong), WhatsApp and Gmail. He then put me on a hotel floor which has Vpn, and this enble me to get in touch with all my friends and relatives, and update my Facebook. This is truly excellent customer service. Thank You.

Hotel service good and jack good

Very good location, walking distance between Lao Jie and Guo Mao MTR. The hotel staff from the reception, to the restaurant and room making are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice. Room is very clean.
