Close to Futian Station. Good variety of restaurants. Room upgrade to high floor corner room with excellent city skyline views. Comfortable bed & large bathtub with great view.

The hotel is clean, breakfast has a lot of variety. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Especially the front desk staff, Kayle and Hailey helped me to store my frozen chestnut and help me to book a transfer from hotel to Futian Fort.
Overall experience was great and is just 5 mins walk to the Cocopark shopping mall.

the room very clean. Breakfast is very traditional[Party][Party][Party]
The service in the front desk is excellent. Mr. Mo 莫先生is also considerate, and the room very nice good. The room has been upgraded for free, and we will come back again next time

Very good location, all within walking distance to Futian station, Shopping Park mtr and Coco Park. Good size room but outdated toilet design and old TV. Quite disappointing Lounge. Food wasn't that great. Drinks weren't refilled. Bottles were all empty even at the start of the happy hour, just for display. Wine need to request from staff. Dont ask, don't get.

Service was great and prompt. The hotel room was tidy a d clean, I felt comfortable however the aircon was not perfect. Or maybe it’s the city of Shenzhen. Everyone seems to be so hot yet the aircon temperature need to be reminded many times to be lowered.
It only happen in Crowne so far. Hence I’m still keeping my views on crowne plaza hotel.
Other than that. All are pretty fine.

Good location! Just 5 mins walk to Cocopark! Also easy access to Futian station! Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice! Well equipped gym room also! They are kind to extend my late check out to 1pm so that I can shower before check out after gym!
