We make it a point to return to The St. Regis Shenzhen every year to celebrate our anniversary, and once again, it proved to be an exceptional experience. The hotel consistently impresses with its unwavering commitment to elevating customer experience and delivering impeccable service.
Upon check-in, we encountered a minor issue with parcel delivery, as our packages had been directed to the self-collection lockers at B2. The team responded swiftly and professionally—one of the concierge staff even personally accompanied us to the basement and generously offered her mobile hotspot so I could access the internet. Her kindness, patience, and initiative truly stood out.
We were delighted to receive a room upgrade that included butler service. Ms. Luna, in particular, was attentive, warm, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely cared for. Additionally, the floor manager, Mr Xia followed up with a service call after arranging the upgrade; his dedication to excellence was evident in the thoughtful attention to detail.
The dining experience was equally memorable. We enjoyed both the breakfast and lunch buffets on Level 95, which offered a remarkable variety of dishes. The selection was extensive, the presentation refined, and each dish was exquisitely prepared and flavorful. The attentive service from the staff further enhanced the overall experience.
As always, our stay was nothing short of outstanding. The St. Regis Shenzhen continues to set a high standard for luxury hospitality, and we look forward to returning again next year.
