老闆很友好，有求必應，回覆速度快，是有品位在身上的～此次長住的經歷非常愉快！最重要的是，家庭出遊在該地段能住到這家集設計感住家便利感的房子實在太棒了！透過落地窗的夜景是能出片的程度，小區物業那一層是散步帶小孩玩的好去處～外賣相當迅速，離cocopark 卓悦中心走路能到，周邊有幾家健身房，樓下打車方便。價格很厚道了！強烈推薦～圖片實拍～

✨[進入房間第一眼]從一樓到房間門口，説實話還挺失望的，接着就打開房間的門，瞬間就感覺驚艷到了，有一種小小的樓道大大的房子的感覺，家人全部都很滿意，好奇的把房間全部角落參觀了一個遍，最後才發現廚房是隱藏着的，把廚房門一打開瞬間又被滿屋的白色驚喜到，總之就是全家都很滿意～～果然是獲過獎的喲🤨 🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東太貼心了，有什麼不明白髮訊息問他，立馬就回復了，人超級的nice😇 💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]此民宿真的有別於其他民宿，房間裏面一應俱全，就像回到了自己的家一樣，洗衣機烘乾機全部備齊了，冰箱也超大個（雖然我們沒有在這做飯，哈哈～） 📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]我們來深圳玩的所以也不清楚這裡是屬於深圳的中心不，但是這裏離我們要去玩的地方還是有一點點距離，然後吃飯我們是去的深圳卓越，也是好近的，卓越什麼都有，聽説這邊還很靠近皇崗村，那邊有很多好吃的小吃😁 🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]房間裏本身有兩張大床，因為我們是五個人 房東又免費幫我加了一張小床 小床也非常舒服，房間所有的床單都很舒服而且很乾凈，感謝這麼好的房東 🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有]因為就衹有一天時間所以我們去了深圳的東部華僑城和世界之窗，世界之窗走走還是不錯的～欣賞各國的風景 最後總結就是，房間美，房東人好心善，非常滿意這間民宿，以後來深圳還是會選擇下榻在此🤗

差點以為是工作室，整體視覺很開闊，通風也很好，感覺應該是房東自己以前住的房子 太細緻了，而且也很nice 離coco park，卓越intown，福田口岸都很近，打車也方便 一應俱全，簡直像回家一樣，而且每個房間都有飄窗視野也很好，而且也很大！住民宿我最怕的就是有一股黴味，南方小夥伴都懂，因為太潮了！但是這家完全沒有，清潔做的非常好👍🏻但是有一點意見我想説的是，吹風機可以換換了，吹不幹我頭髮🫣 整體很推薦，交通方便，乾淨衞生，適合一家人居住！👌

使用途家這些年中遇到的最好的民宿！首先位置特別贊，去福田站和口岸都特別方便，附近吃飯購物便利。房東非常友善，細心，熱情，知道我們自駕來特意為我們提前佔好車位，還一路指導我們找停車場。房間更是充滿了驚喜和温馨，感覺房東是懂設計的行家。生活上各種物品齊全，細節到位，需要用的東西全都有，衞生間乾淨通風，卧室床品舒適，入住以後房東也每天發來消息問問有哪些需求，讓我們一家非常感動！遺憾的事時間匆促忘記給房間拍照，如果有緣下次來深圳還要住在房東家，也推薦大家都來住！
