4.7/5OutstandingReally good value for money. We ended the trip with a one-night stay here and it was the perfect way to end our travels. Service was quick and friendly, everything was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice as well. The only thing missing in the room was the hair conditioner had run out.

3/5During Check in I requested if I can switch to a single bed instead, the GRO in the check in desk said that there was a price difference, and I find it rather unprofessional handled, usually GRO will not reply in this manner, either they would check with the occupancy rate, and if there’s possibility, GRO will inform guest that they will upgrade with that, or simply replied due to the “full house” they aren’t able to provide, I found that the GRO is very rookie not that type would have be happened in Sheraton. I ordered some takeaway and the “delivery robot” are really slow, it tools hours from the reception desk to be delivered to my room, overall grading, this was the worst Sheraton that I have ever stayed.
