Slightly difficult to navigate as a first timer since the check in counter is at level 43 instead of ground floor. Otherwise all good. - Check in was easy. We arrived slightly earlier before the check in time and the front desk communicated to us that our rooms will be ready around check in time (3pm). - Upon our return, the front desk delivered all rooms and arranged for the concierge to deliver our luggage to our rooms in a timely manner. - Rooms were clean, have spectacular views, and come with an iron board and iron. Lighting comes with bright and soft options. - Great variety of breakfast. I enjoyed the drinks. Sausages and the sunny side egg were amazing. - Check out was quick and easy too. As we carried cash, we decided to pay the majority of the amount using cash. The front desk is happy to refund the change using WeChat pay or we can have the payment done by both cash and WeChat pay (e.g. X RMB cash + Y RMB WeChat pay) so no change is required. - Concierge also did a great job in loading our bags to the vehicle upon checking out from the hotel. I liked that the hotel has no nonsense upselling and purely delivers what it offers in comparison with one of the other hotels that we stayed in Shenzhen. No fuss and seamless. Fun fact: Nearby this hotel has a few drop off /pick up points for Robotaxis (not exactly in front of the lobby but walkable distance). If you're a tourist and wish to experience driverless taxis, PonyAi provides such services within this Nanshan district and you can book it via WeChat mini programmes. It is also walkable to Coastal City shopping mall where it also has a dedicated area to see drones dispatching food and beverage ******* orders to elsewhere. There is a complimentary gym at lvl 62 operated by the hotel however sauna services are operated separately.

I've stayed at a few different hotels, but I still think the Marriott Zhongzhou is the best. Its location, in particular, is unbeatable. Even though the hotel is a few years old, the facilities are still very well-maintained. The front desk staff and servers are all very proactive, polite, and always have a smile.

The first room I was given probably had someone smoking an e-cigarette in it. The smell was really strong and persistent because of how enclosed the space was, so I had to ask to switch rooms. Since I was traveling with a baby, I was quite unhappy about this, and we didn't get our new room until after 5 PM. Other than that, though, I was still very satisfied~

The hotel has a great view, with rooms overlooking Shenzhen Bay and the 'Spring Bamboo Shoot' building. The location is excellent, quite close to MixC World and there's also a commercial street nearby. The executive lounge offers a good variety of food, and the breakfast shrimp dumplings and Portuguese tarts were absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'd definitely come back to stay again if I have the chance!

The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Shenzhen, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Of course, the service is also fantastic. This hotel is definitely the top choice for business travelers.

On a business trip to Shenzhen, this hotel is in a pretty central location in Nanshan District, so it's super convenient. The views are great, and the breakfast buffet is decent. The gym and pool are okay too. It's located on the top floor, making it very photogenic.

My overall stay at Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan was alright, nothing exceptionally good or bad. It was a decent enough last stop on my trip to Shenzhen – pretty standard. The room itself was fine. I'd particularly like to commend the bellboys on the ground floor for their service.

My stay was excellent, the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk was responsive and efficient. The breakfast offered a rich variety of nutritious and delicious options, which really energized me.

Service: The hotel's front desk service was attentive, and all the staff were very friendly and always smiling. Hygiene: It was clean and tidy. Facilities: The gym and pool were both great. Plus, there's a shopping mall right next door to the hotel, which makes dining and shopping really convenient.

Conveniently located right by Coastal City, making dining and shopping a breeze. They even have robot delivery for room service. The only issue was a dripping sound from the bathroom/shower area late at night, but otherwise, everything else was pretty good.

This is an older five-star hotel in Shenzhen, and the environment is indeed lovely. The high-altitude night views are fantastic, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. I'd definitely recommend it. Other than the slightly outdated facilities, everything else was great.

I stayed for two nights, and the Bay View room on the second day had better attention to detail. The breakfast was still very generous, but I found the dinner buffet to be quite average. Oh, and Mr. James Liu at the front desk, who checked me in, had an excellent service attitude. He patiently answered my questions, including recommendations for good local restaurants nearby.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, and the surroundings were beautiful with lots of dining options. It was also super convenient to walk to Coastal City for shopping.
