Just average place. Good value for money. Convenient for traveling to close border in Nanshan area.  5 min walk to subway.  My regular place in Shenzhen. 

Some funny business with the rooms. The suite I booked wasn't available, so why are they selling it on the app? Then it seems there is no actual difference between the many single-room options on the app. Please get more organized and honest.

I had the apartment on 26th floor with the view of Shenzhen city. Beautiful view. The apartment was not well designed. The electrical points are not well located. There were no small tables by the sides of the bed for putting things.

A bit hard to find but really comfortable place

It was ok. The air conditioning had a noise, and the toilet could be a little bit more cleaner, specially the black spots on the floor.

the Good comment on this place: proximity to the subway. Big room with balcony Use of washing machine. The Bad: - Bed a bit hard. - Not so clean (lot of women's hair on floor and sofa) - Noisy bathroom fan.... Overall is an "ok" value for money. Although i think its slightly overpriced.

Room was clean. The size of the room is very good and the sofa area was a nice place to spend time and drink coffee in the morning looking at the view. Unfortunately the room was next to the elevator which was quite noisy at night. 

The room is clean and there is an aunt to clean it. It is close to the community. It is convenient to eat and shop at the shopping mall downstairs. It is close to the Sea World and you can check out late. The boss is nice and will meet specific requirements. Frequent guests

Fortunately, I was upgraded to a two-bedroom, one-living room with a small kitchen, but the facilities were greasy and old. It is worth a praise. The service is very good. Two extra bottles of water were delivered immediately. Great! Towels and clean beds

As always, everything is super, not the first time, the phone charger really helped

The actual accommodation was two rooms far from each other. The smaller one had a smoke machine but no kitchen utensils. The electrical sockets were high up and inconvenient to use. This was a very poor facility. The refrigerator and electric kettle could not be pulled to the high electrical plugs, so they were useless. The larger room had two bedrooms and no kitchen utensils for daily use. It was not a complete facility. The location of this accommodation was good, there were restaurants nearby, and it was about 20 minutes away from the airport, so it was easy to get a taxi. The waiter at the front desk was helpful.

The service attitude is super good, the price is reasonable, the transportation nearby is convenient, the surrounding living facilities are complete, it is very close to Nanhai Yiku and Sea World, and Shuiwan Square is downstairs. It is highly recommended

This serviced apartment is more cost-effective than traditional hotels. It has a particularly good location. It is less than 100 meters away from the subway station. It is a few steps away from the D exit of Shuiwan Metro Station. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Shenzhen Bay Park by the sea and 5 minutes to Sea World (Shekou Center). If you want to cook your own meals, it is no problem. The room has a refrigerator, washing machine, kitchenware, etc. There is also a large balcony, which is very suitable for family trips or reunions with friends. The front desk service is also good. When something happens, it is solved in time without shirking responsibility. I have stayed here many times, and I always feel that something is missing if I don’t comment
