First-class ocean views, a private beach, and an infinity pool that's perfect for photos. The service was attentive and professional, making the entire experience fantastic. The room's balcony directly faces the ocean, allowing you to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. You can take in the mountain and sea views without even leaving your room. The hotel's infinity pool seamlessly blends with the ocean, creating a very Instagrammable vibe. The spiral staircase and overwater walkway are natural photo spots, and every shot looks high-end and stunning. The biggest surprise was the professional photoshoot experience. The photographer was professional and patient, finding the best angles and guiding poses. They captured all the romance of the ocean, pool, and beach. The unedited photos looked amazing, so I didn't have to worry about finding angles myself. The private beach was clean and uncrowded, and the food was delicious. The staff were warm and thoughtful, making my stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. Whether it's a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or a family vacation, this place is perfect. You can enjoy the ocean views and take beautiful photos, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely my top choice for a seaside holiday in Shenzhen! We stayed in a family suite this time. The room had two beds, one of which was a submarine-shaped bed with a slide for kids, which they absolutely loved. The attention to detail was excellent; for instance, the room was very clean, and even wiping the balcony railing with a wet tissue showed no dirt – that's a big plus. Secondly, both the private beach outside the hotel and the sea were very clean, and the hotel also offered many family-friendly activities. There were some chargeable activities as well, and there's a yacht partnership next to the hotel for offshore excursions. This time, we tried a monster truck and chartered a yacht for a trip, though the prices were a bit high. Lastly, if you order takeout, you have to pick it up yourself from the delivery locker. It would be better if the hotel had a small convenience store. Finally, a big thank you to Guest Relations Manager Calice Lira; she was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic and always available for any requests.

The hotel's environment and sea view are excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the follow-up call after check-out was a nice touch, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the room TV didn't support screen mirroring from Apple phones. I tried multiple methods without success. For a high-end hotel, lacking this basic feature really detracts from the experience. The buffet selection wasn't extensive, with about half the dishes being repeated, so the choices were fairly limited.

Fantastic! The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by an endless sea view, which immediately lifted my spirits. The hotel's service, dining, and facilities were all top-notch. The best part was having a private beach, so we didn't have to deal with the crowds on the public beach next door. I hope to visit again if I get the chance.

I don't understand why the tissue paper is so thin. It sticks to your hand every time you wipe it. Even much cheaper hotels have better tissue paper than this. 4. The hairdryer is too old and heavy, and the airflow is weak. 5. The hotel breakfast is really mediocre, which is a bit disappointing. Like the hairdryer and tissue paper, it doesn't match the hotel's price point. During breakfast, someone kept coming to ask if they could take the plates away, which made me feel uncomfortable.
