Excellent customer service from Shawn, he worked hard to ensure we had an amazing stay. We had to book the villa option, but luckily they are only 2 mins away and it was nice to be in a quieter area.
We will be back again for sure.

The hotel's location was really good, right at the beach with an amazing view!
The room was really nice and everyone at the reception was lovely.
The view from the room was gorgeous and i definitely plan on visiting again.

Fantastic stay. Location is excellent, right next to a lovely beach. Nice restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and helped us out with all of ours needs. We will definitely be returning in the future

It’s right in the beach and there are convenience stores around.
When I checked in they had a problem with my booking and I had to wait a while for them to fix it. I would have waited longer but I asked them if it was necessary for me to wait.
The waiter at the cocktail bar was still in training and didn’t seem to know how to make cocktails.
The swimming pools were beautiful and they had quad bikes to ride on the beach outsode.
Some of the swimming pools were closed but the ones that were open were more than enough.
Great surfing spot.

Very cost-effective hotel. The room is large, clean and tidy. The holiday price is impressive. The exclusive passage downstairs leads directly to the beach. It should be a beach surrounded by two or three shops around. The area is small, but there are not many people. They are all guests. The sea water very clean. For dinner, you can take a 10-minute taxi ride to Dapeng New District for dinner, which is very pleasant!
