民宿老闆優雅大方，把大別墅及周邊環境熱情、細緻的介紹一遍，聊到開心時闊氣的送了一盒國際大牌面膜給入住的女生。房子整體設計感強，基本設施齊全，適合家庭聚會、團隊活動。海灘面積不大，但好在是小區私有，人不多，難得一見的是海水清澈見底，可下水暢快的玩。

五一同學聚會為了躲人流，網上選了這家帶私家海灘的民宿。別墅在萬科十七英里小區裏面，管理嚴格放心。入住前管家貼心地發了引導視頻，很快就找到了別墅。沙灘走幾分鐘就到，人少，不大，就是沙子沒那麼細，旁邊有礁石，小朋友可以沖浪、挖沙、爬礁石探險。1號不好彩下了一天的雨，讓我們深度體驗了一下別墅，大寶貝在書房打牌，小寶貝在負一樓搭帳篷玩，大人打麻將、唱K，各自嗨。別墅設施不那麼新，但功能齊全，客廳、餐廳、鋼琴區、書房、麻將室、KTV，各自玩各自的不會打擾。管家還貼心的安排了兩頓私廚送餐，這樣足不出户玩了一整天。下次要是朋友們再聚，還會考慮選這家。
