第二次提出中止第二天的住宿，再次被店家拒絕。
請問：店家不知道自己的權利與義務嗎？

差評，隔壁的連放個音樂都有這麼大，猶如在旁邊那種感覺，隔壁有幾個打遊戲在那吼叫，一夜沒睡着，還收這種貴

服務太差了，衞生也差，中午十二點超時退房會扣錢，還每小時扣15元，按金都扣完了，再也不來這裏住了，別的地方退房超出下午兩點都不扣錢
