Front desk staff member #2 was incredibly helpful and allowed me to check out late. I was also given a larger room with a convenient coffee shop, and there were plenty of dining options available.

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. A nice bonus was that several staff members could speak English, so we did not need to use a translation app, which made communication very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. We would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The front desk service was excellent. Room 2 was clean and comfortable. It's also very close to Futian Port and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel has parking, which is very convenient.
