It was okay, but I had to go through a lot of trouble to stay there. My reputation was insulted, and I was verbally attacked in Dameisha. The language used was very provocative and disrespectful. I even had to buy the same souvenir to be able to stay. Considering the price, location, environment, and security, it felt like my privacy was being exposed. They were watching me, and then conveniently told nearby residents to go to the supermarket to buy security items so I could be safe. It was a complete farce and a joke. Someone wouldn't act like this unless they had psychological issues or depression; maybe it was just a personality disorder acting up. Overall, it was still okay.

The room had many issues. The first room I checked into had stains on the duvet and cigarette burn marks on the table. I contacted the front desk and they changed my room, but the new room reeked of smoke. I have allergic rhinitis, and even with an air purifier on, the smoke smell was unbearable and made my nose stuffy. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I don't think this hotel even meets the typical service standards of a Hanting Hotel.

Location is at least 1.5km to Dongmen …. Located outside of Dongmen in a side road that needed to walk 700m in from Main Road of Shaibu MTR nearest ; whereas Laojie MTR is located in the heart of Dongmen ! Beside cleanliness, rooms are average run of the mill Spartan . TV very small 20inches and old perhaps it’s time to renovate and upgrade TV ???? The one thing was that most of the they let u extend the room for one of two hours in exchange for a good review if they are not full house but this Hanting insisted of charging 40RMB for 2hrs with no exception! Also they at least 50-100rooms if not more but provided only 2 washing machines and two dryers!!! Always long Q and difficult to get slots!! Bare minimum service attitude!!!!

Seriously, I was woken up by noise outside around 6 AM, and then there was construction noise starting around 9 AM. I went to bed quite late the night before, so I didn't get a good rest. Also, the room didn't provide any earplugs. I hope the hotel can look into this.

This hotel has been open for a long time. The hallway carpets have an odor, and the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear everything outside very clearly. There are only two washing machines and two dryers per floor, which is nowhere near enough. Every time I go, someone is using them.

Very close to Luohu Port, and it's super clean. The transportation nearby is also really convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.
