I chose this hotel after reading all the reviews. I stayed there for 3 nights in total and had a good experience. I was very impressed. The surrounding area is quiet, with few people and cars, and it is not far from the bus station. It is convenient to go to Yihai City or Sha Tau Kok. The selected room faces the green mountains, and the view from the window makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. You can take a short outing along the greenway and check in up the mountain at any time. The room has complete basic facilities, ample space, and a special cloakroom. There are signs of the predecessor Atour everywhere, and it seems like you are living in an old version of Atour. Heating and cooling, quilts, large and small mirrors, faucets, showers, bedside lamps, blackout curtains...all are easy to use and satisfactory. However, there are also many signs of dilapidation and broken facilities, including towels with fluff and threads that are still retained...it seems that the store has not been properly maintained and managed. There is also insufficient supervision in the no-smoking area. The smell of smoke lingers everywhere, and the hygiene evaluation can only be described as average.

The original Atour Hotel, taking the business route, is quite satisfactory. Near the children's school, it is more convenient to make a transfer. Arrived late, the next day something happened to postpone the stay, the service is very humane.

The waiters are nice, the room environment is a bit dark, so we have to change rooms. Hygiene is okay, but it can be better, because the coasters have not been changed and are a bit dirty. The room is big and comfortable, the most comfortable is the mattress and pillows. Really very comfortable.

The overall environment is so-so, similar to a hotel worth 200 yuan in Guangzhou Facilities: First of all, the entrance is on the second floor, so a girl has to carry a suitcase and walk up about 20 to 30 steps to reach the gate. The slope is too steep to pull up. The robot delivers food to you, but it often runs out of power, because I ordered a food at night, and the little brother delivered it for an hour or two before notifying the robot to deliver it. Then I ordered a food the next day, but the front desk said that the robot was out of battery, so I asked Go down and get it by yourself, it's somewhat tasteless! Toilet paper towels are of poor quality, washing products are of poor quality, the water pressure is fine if you live on the 13th floor, and the hair dryer is really hard for girls to dry their hair. The mattress is comfortable 👍, I don't know if it's because of the nearby port, there is the sound of moving things at 10 o'clock at night on the 13th floor. Service: The service is pretty bad. When I checked in, the front desk was arguing with a customer about something. After checking in, I called the front desk and asked if there was any charger. I had to go down and borrow a power bank. The room card was used when I returned to the room at 11:30 No, I have to go down to find them again. The front desk said that it will be invalid after 12:00, and then I said it was only 11:30, and he said that the time is a little bit wrong, which is normal. I could only say speechless😓 and then told him that I came down to check out around 1:30, went back to the room and lay down for a while, and called me at 1:26 to urge me to check out before 2, so the overall feeling was not good.
