Every time I go to Shenzhen on business, I stay here because the location is good, close to the subway, and very convenient to the airport. The hotel is generally good and very suitable for catching a flight back.

The area is spacious, the lighting is good, and there is no odor. The bed is quite comfortable, and the bedding has no odor. The downstairs is convenient for living, and it is near a mature new community. It is very practical for business trips.

The service attitude is not good. The security guards at the front desk are so arrogant. At 7 o'clock in the morning, they knocked on the door and insisted that we were smoking in the room and the smoke alarm went off. I finally fell asleep again, but they started knocking on the door at 10 o'clock and said that the smoke alarm in our room went off. We have confirmed that we were not smoking in the room, but the smoke alarm still went off. Shouldn't we consider whether there is a problem with the hotel itself? I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk was reluctant. In the evening, the door of the new room could not be opened. I called the front desk and they said that you should come down and swipe the room card yourself. Shouldn't it have been swiped when you changed my room in the morning? I asked the security guard or other staff to come up to open the door. The front desk said that the security guard went to other floors and didn't know when he could open the door for us. I waited for almost ten minutes before someone opened the door. Except for the male staff with glasses who opened the door for us, the others had very bad attitudes. They were ignoring the guests' requests and asked individuals to solve the problem themselves. Is this the service attitude of your hotel? In addition, the hygiene is not very good.

This time I booked a hotel room online. The price was good, the environment was warm and elegant. When I checked in at the front desk, it was very convenient and quick. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, they helped me with the luggage. I knew that I booked the hotel online, so there was nothing wrong with it. The room was very well cleaned, very good, and the overall experience during the stay was also very good. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location, only about 8 minutes away from Songgang Subway Station. The room was clean and tidy, the bed and air-conditioning temperature were very comfortable, and the shower water pressure in the bathroom was sufficient. weakness is 1) The wifi network is average and often disconnected (I live in room 601, but I can’t find the network in room 601😢) 2) There is no refrigerator in the room. It is not convenient to refrigerate drinks in summer. 3) The bathroom door cannot be closed completely, leaving a large gap. The water will wet the toilet when taking a shower.

Facilities: The rooms are small and elegant, and the central air-conditioning temperature is comfortable. Hygiene: The bedding is clean! The room was clean and tidy. Environment: Close to the subway snack street and Yonghui Supermarket, where movies and entertainment are always available. Service: The service staff is easy-going and polite. This is a hotel I will consider staying at next time!
