You will be greated by the grand hall when walking in. The concierge are very courteous with an impeccable level of service. The guards will salute you when you exit the compound. It is incredible to be able to experience living in this accommodation. Olympic sized swimming pool and other sports facility are available as well.

The overall service is good in a beautiful environment and breakfast has lots of choices. However, there is no air conditioning in the room, it's very warm and uncomfortable. We called the front desk and was told the air conditioning is off for the whole block. We have to keep the balcony door opened to bring in fresh air but then there is work going on outside and quite disturbing if you want to take some rest. Not sure what is the hotel's policy on providing air conditioning. Does it provided based on the temperature or the season? Will only consider to return on colder months when air conditioning is not a concern.

The environment is comfortable and relaxing, far away from human habitation, quiet and elegant, with beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains. There are many activities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. It is suitable for people of all ages and you can spend your days leisurely. There are also golf carts to take guests around the resort, and all the staff have a good attitude. I didn't have much choice about the food, it was just ordinary but fresh, especially the salad. Nowadays, it’s only a thousand yuan a night with breakfast included, which is very cost-effective! This price is worth another visit!
