First off, I have to say this stay truly exceeded my expectations. After a long, tiring day on the high-speed train, I was absolutely charmed by this hotel. Coming out of the subway station with heavy luggage, I expected to be fumbling with my phone trying to find directions like usual, but their sign was incredibly easy to spot and prominent, right in the center of the building. As soon as I got to the front desk, a kind young woman with a genuine smile proactively came over to help me with my luggage. You could tell her smile was heartfelt, not one of those fake, professional ones. My tired body instantly felt a sense of warmth. She thoughtfully offered me a bottle of water, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. The front desk attendant even proactively helped me carry my luggage all the way to my room, asking if I was tired from the journey and genuinely showing concern. Once I got to the room, the duvet and pillows were impeccably clean – spotless white – and the room hygiene was excellent. There were even complimentary small drinks. What really impressed me was their laundry service; someone actually comes to pick it up! I was genuinely shocked. At other hotels, you have to run around trying to find a place to do your laundry yourself. Here, they even deliver it back after it's washed. It's truly thoughtful! The hotel is also very close to Excellence Centre. We went for a stroll there in the evening. Having a free dinner at the hotel and then taking a leisurely walk to browse the mall was absolutely perfect. The surrounding urban development is also very aesthetically pleasing. They even include three meals here, which is ideal for a lazy person like me who doesn't want to go out but still wants to eat well. The lady who came to pick up the laundry was also very nice and communicated carefully. The room even has a smart toilet! Honestly, I was just amazed by the attention to detail here. The service, environment, hygiene, and facilities are all excellent. When checking out, a young man at the front desk even helped me carry my luggage to the car. It was drizzling at the time. I later asked him his name, and he said it was Xiao Hong. This young man was incredibly polite and his service was excellent. The other staff members were also wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!!!

Had a really comfortable stay here. The hotel is super conveniently located, right by a subway station and a shopping area, making getting around a breeze. The room was clean, and the bedding was soft, which was great since I brought my dog. It was such a relief to have an auntie provide laundry service, saving me a lot of hassle, and the extended stay cleaning was also good. The meals were nutritious and well-balanced, so I felt good about what I was eating, especially breakfast which had both Chinese and Western options that suited my taste perfectly. The fact that pets are allowed is incredibly thoughtful! There was a cleaning fee every night, but the front desk lady was kind enough to give me a discount since I was staying for a longer period. They even upgraded my room to one with a small balcony, giving my dog a nice spot to walk around, which was really considerate. Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to choose a room without a courtyard, as it would be further from the air conditioning units and their operating sounds. Parking at the hotel is free, and there are plenty of car-sharing options nearby, so getting around is never an issue. Watching the city skyline from the balcony in the evening was fantastic 🌆. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town! 👍🏻

This was a fantastic stay. The hotel's location is super convenient, making getting around a breeze. The staff were all really warm and welcoming, and very helpful. The room itself was spacious and tidy, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The lady at the front desk upgraded our room, which we really appreciate! It even has a small balcony. Breakfast is on the same floor, super convenient, and there's a great variety of options. Before we even checked in, we bought some things at Sam's Club, and the front desk was able to receive the delivery for us. We're truly grateful! 🙏
