Shenzhen Nanshan MTR Tanglang City Junpu Hotel

Excellent! Ms. Niki at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded our room. She was incredibly accommodating during our two-day stay, always ready to assist. I genuinely wanted to leave a positive review! Overall, our stay was comfortable and peaceful. I'd definitely give five stars if I get the chance to visit again!

This is my second stay here, and it's just as good as the first time. Emily and Lucy at the front desk were incredibly attentive and even upgraded my room, which I really appreciate. The room was spacious, and the housekeeping staff were fantastic. I hope to stay here again next time!

Huge thanks to George and Niki at the front desk for their enthusiastic help! I didn't bring my swimsuit, but the pool looked so inviting from my room that I ended up ordering takeout just to swim. The room facilities are very new, and I even caught the Argentina vs. Switzerland game in the morning. Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, and the restaurant entrance has a subway model display, which is a really thoughtful decorative touch. My only feedback is that the breakfast staff could use more training on service awareness. I returned to my table after getting food only to find my cutlery had been cleared. When I asked a server for a new set, they just told me to grab some from a nearby table. That was a bit awkward – is it really okay to just take things from other tables without asking? 😂

The hotel service is top-notch! Emily, Lucy, and Kara at the front desk are always smiling and proactive in addressing guests' needs. They respond to inquiries almost instantly, which is really thoughtful and makes you feel well taken care of. The 8th-floor pool is very clean and comfortable, and the room itself is spotless with all facilities in excellent working order. The hairdryer is a well-known brand and works great. The smart speaker is convenient to use, and the overall smart room control experience is fantastic. Definitely deserves a five-star rating!

As for facilities, there's a shopping mall and a subway station right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. I highly recommend it for your next trip.

My stay at the Tanglang City Junpu Hotel by Shenzhen Metro exceeded my expectations. The hotel is seamlessly connected to Tanglang Station on Metro Line 5, just two stops from Shenzhen North Railway Station, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers needing to transfer to high-speed trains. I booked a high-floor mountain view room, and opening the window revealed the greenery of Tanglang Mountain, offering a much quieter environment compared to the bustling city center. The hotel opened in 2020, and the rooms have a modern, light luxury feel. A safe, refrigerator, and electric kettle are all provided, the bedding is clean and tidy, and daily housekeeping is very thorough. The 8th-floor gym and sauna are open to guests, and the equipment is well-maintained. What I loved most is the direct access to Tanglang City Shopping Center downstairs, so you don't need to leave the building for dining and shopping. Plus, Nanshan Smart Park and University Town are nearby, creating a great academic atmosphere. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and staff member Min was polite, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. Breakfast is a buffet with a rich variety of options. As a hotel under the Shenzhen Metro Group, its location combined with the price offers excellent value for money for business trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.
