I stayed at a hotel conveniently located in the city center, but the entrance was confusing and hard to find. The staff was excellent, providing friendly and attentive service. However, the room’s condition was disappointing: the curtain was torn, there was mold in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the floor, peeling wallpaper, and strange hangers in the closet.
