It is quite convenient place for staying in Shenzhen, just near to electronics market, downstairs have alot of food shops , cooperative staff , worker staff no 10 lady is very cooperative. Even can delay the checkout time

It is a converted office building but the room layout is excellent for the price. I did have to wait 20 minutes for receptionist, there was a number but I didnt have a local phone number to call it. The room was nice, location is close to Electonics city which is nice for traders.

It’s called Executive but there was nothing “executive” about these apartments. The apartment is tired in appearance and very basic in amenities. The bed was like seeping on a hardwood box, pillow very cheap. Towels clean and fresh. There is also a small kitchenette with stove and fridge, but not one piece of cutlery or plate or pan to enable its use. Very disappointed with our stay, although the staff were helpful and did their best to help where they could

The room is spacious and convenient. Cleaning service daily and fine. The kitchen is lacking basic amenities. No plates, silverware or cooking supplies.

It is very close to Exit A of Yannan Subway Station. It is very convenient for transportation, shopping and food. The front desk service is good, as is the cleaning lady. The facilities in the room are just so-so. The bath towels are not replaced and returned to guests if they are torn. The quilt is also torn and very yellow. This is really hard to accept. The TV stations can't watch it and they have to pay for it. They are all on-demand projects. Everything else is good, except that the bathroom is a bit small, which is acceptable. The good reviews are for the front desk service.

Very good, consistent with the pictures, but the bed is a bit hard, it would be better if it was a little firm. It's noisy outside, but the transportation is very convenient and it's easy to find. Exit A of Yannan Station.
