Went to hotel for business trip. Location is great as it is next to MRT (Line 11) and only 2 stops away from Airport. Hotel basic facilities consists: - Shower - Restuarant - Laundry Does not have fridge and air condition unit cannot be adjust during winter. Can be quite warm with heater and there is mosquito when i opened the window.

Very easy to commute from the Shenzhen bao’an airport. Nice and clean!

Location is very near to Metro station which is very convenient. Recommended to business traveller, easy to access from Airport.

Good if you have business needs in the area. Smoker friendly rooms are large and ok quality. Not a choice for family stay

Great location as it's just next to the metro line 11 entrance B. There are so many eateries around and ample of parking spaces. Very clean. Excellent reception.

Like a small little town around the hotel. 3 mins to subway station. Hve a good massage shop nearby.

I booked this hotel just to spent 6 hours before taking a my flight. They were nice. The room was a bit smelly like if someone had smoked there. For the price and for waiting a couple of hours to take flight it is OK. Not that much for long stays.

The room is fully equipped, especially the oversized floor-to-ceiling window, which allows me to enjoy the comfortable accommodation environment while appreciating the beautiful night view of the city. It is really comfortable. In terms of service, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and enthusiasm of the hotel staff. Whether it is the receptionist at the front desk or the waiters in the restaurant, they all demonstrated extremely high professionalism and affinity. They always had a smile on their faces and patiently answered every question I had, making me feel at home. As for dining, it was a pity that I didn’t have the chance to eat the hotel’s breakfast, but I could still enjoy the tranquility and comfort. In addition, the hotel also provides many thoughtful services, allowing me to maintain a healthy lifestyle during my trip, and it is also close to the subway. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. Whether it is the hotel's hardware facilities, service quality or catering level, they have all reached a very high standard. I have to give a thumbs up to this Venice Hotel The room is fully equipped and well-arranged. There is a one-touch sleep button. Some pendants are very thoughtful. The combination of clothes hangers and shoe cabinets is great. The sanitary facilities are well-arranged, all like new. The bath towels have compartments and are equipped with lights. Check-out is possible at 2 pm. The elevator is very convenient. Guangri Elevator is stable, smooth and silent. The cabin is well-arranged, which is comparable to the old-fashioned elevators in European and American hotels The service is also great. I added a bottle of water. Xiao Xu and Xiao Qiu's service is professional, thoughtful and fresh, especially when it comes to rolling. There is no flattering smile and humble embarrassment. The lady at the front desk helped me upgrade the king-size bed room for free. It was very comfortable~ She also gave me a breakfast voucher (although I didn't eat much because I had to catch the flight, and there were only a few dishes when I arrived, but I'm still very grateful 🙏) The hotel's toothbrush set is really the most comfortable of the four hotels in Shenzhen and Macau these days! The room is very large, very suitable for unfolding luggage, and there are slippers for bathing, which is very considerate. The overall decoration is more European and quite old, but it is very clean. It is very close to the airport. It only takes ten minutes to get to T3 by subway, right at the subway entrance...I will stay here again next time I come to Shenzhen.
