This is my second time staying at the Raffles in Shenzhen, and both times the experience has been excellent. My child loves it, the breakfast is delicious, the service is spot on, and the bedding is very comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel has a really premium feel to it. Everything, from the service to the facilities, is top-notch. It's especially well-suited for business dinners, and the food is incredibly refined. The service is also consistently excellent. I'd definitely recommend it for family trips as well.
