5/ 5PerfectVery clean and good location. One of the best hotels at this price in Shenzhen. There is an entrance guard, and there is a young lady downstairs 24 hours a day, so I still feel safe. There are many kfc and supermarkets around, which is very convenient. The facilities in the house are also very complete, it is a small personal living room. The consideration is very thoughtful. 3/ 5I think the city needs to improve the quality of service. The single room I live in is not ventilated, and I can smell a heavy smoke every day. I have said a lot to the staff, but the smell is the air freshener sprayed without any effect, smelling smoke every day. Secondly, the efficiency of the staff is very very low. There is no soap laundry liquid when the aunt cleans, and the staff asks later, wait until the items are received from 6 pm to 9 pm. The reason is either the staff is very busy or is eating, eating is understandable, waiting for three hours I have been urging the staff to be very busy and what is really inefficient.
