我再次入住這間酒店，今次安排了3樓房間給我，感到非常貼心. 酒店位置在深圳南岭，房間整齊清潔，感覺還好，員工服務有禮，附近只有巴士，的士和小巴，交通尚算方便，樓下有便利商店和不同形式口味的飯店，選擇非常之多下次會再入住的酒店

街道窄沒停車🅿️位，停車不方便，需要自費，房間到處都是小蟲子，咬了一身大包，臨街超級吵還有蚊子🦟，一股黴味，房間到處修補，特別差

且不説地理位置。有蚊子就算了，為什麼床單會是這個樣子？？？最最讓我氣氛的是第二天退房的時候前台那男的。住酒店那麼多次，從來沒遇到這種情況。我到酒店已經是晚上10點多了，當時辦理入住前台就給了我一張房卡而已。結果怎麼著，前台那男的硬是説兩張，還説我5點多的時候就已經入住了。我和他説了我6點多離開老家過來，到酒店已經是晚上10點多，還給他看了付款按金的時間。結果那男的還沒完，在那裡看5點多的監控。説我和一個什麼姓的客人一起。原本看到別人的評價不是很好，現在自己入住了，真的是亙古未聞。給大家參考吧。慎重訂這家酒店

住了三天，衞生超級差就算了。搞衞生的那個阿姨態度更差，是因為家裡的人都🐑了，所以老公給我訂了酒店，讓我和我兒子出去住幾天，在那個房間住了兩天，發現房間有蟑螂🪳還有蚊子，而且全部是灰塵，我第三天我就要求換個房間，前台就讓我換到隔壁房間，那個阿姨好惡心，説我弄得房間好臟，叫我搞一下衞生再換，我花錢住酒店還要自己搞衞生？希望大家不要住這個酒店

訂的商務房，最後衞生間有蜘蛛，衹能重新換一間（圖片一）。沒想到給我換了間大床房，房間空間小了，牆壁還是爛的（圖二），降級換房還不跟我説明，最後被我投訴換成了圓床房（圖三），圓床房不錯值得點贊。
