Excellent service so we always feel so home as we come very often to have my sons learn some extra curriculum activities in a nearby chess academy. They also sound and deep sleep and also enjoy the time in the hotel.

Clean room and convenient location. There is a 7-eleven store right across the street. And a big supermarket nearby. There are a few food stores nearby.
Metro is about 7-8 mins walk.

The front desk service is very good and duty manager helps with late check-out until 5:00pm，However, it is necessary to improve the training of room details and room staff.

It's really an awesome location for visiting Nantou Ancient Village. Just a 5 min walk. The room is designed nicely with all the necessaries for a night. Well definitely on my recommendation list. The staff are nice too.

The best word to describe this hotel is lush. It has lush lighting, lush furniture with a whopping four pillows, and lush carpeting. It is also quite high tech with lots of fancy technology incorporated. However the room itself is extremely small and not worth the money $35. The worst part about it is how loud the corridor is, every time a door slams it echoes like an earthquake! If you want good sleep, this is probably not the best environment. Also the TV has no HDMI availability, how can you not have this technology in 2024?

My staying at Ruixi was good. Service and breakfast was good. The location is little far from Underground train. Overall was good.
