Hotel staff are very helpful. Love the flower arrangement and the gold fish in the lobby. It gives a bit lovely atmosphere to it. Bathroom maybe need more deep cleaning though… in general, good for its value. Can’t complain….

A very pleasant stay at this hotel, nice location if you are looking to travel around Nanshan, Futian, and Luohu as it is perfectly located in the middle of these areas. Also a great public transport access to catch the Metro.

Very nice hotel. Reception staff were great. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Free congee at night was a nice touch of this hotel. Room is big with a nice desk and seating area. Huge bed. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay again if travel to Shenzhen. (Foreigners who don't have local app, the official address is not the correct entrance to the lobby).

great location near xiasha mrt station, and a mall. room is big and spacious, come with free supper everynight as well. service staff here are very patient and sweet when comes to attending to needs. washer and dryer are free to use and also, a laundry lady to help out if needed

I came to Shenzhen for a concert and also did some sightseeing. I arrived a day early, and the hotel's location was super convenient, right next to the subway station. Upon check-in, the front desk kindly upgraded me to a family room for free. The room was very spacious, and both the service and cleanliness were excellent. The bedding was really comfortable, so I slept very well. The hotel also offers free late-night snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great.
