The surrounding environment was very peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. While the bedding was clean, the floors and the shower area were quite dirty, despite occasional cleaning service. The kitchen area was also very disappointing in terms of cleanliness. We had planned to cook, but we couldn't use the kitchen because the utensils and facilities were not clean enough. I appreciated the host's responsiveness; they understood the issue and refunded the 100 RMB kitchen fee. This place might be suitable for a group of adults staying for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children due to the hygiene standards. I would stay here again, but only if the room's cleanliness is significantly improved. If it's kept spotless, I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is conveniently located near Kaisa Plaza, which makes it perfect for visiting relatives and friends. The two large beds were just right for our family of four. We found the facilities to be clean and well-maintained. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great experience

I really loved the suite. It was perfect for traveling with kids and also handy for friends to get together. It had a fridge, a washing machine, and even a dryer – which was fantastic! Shopping nearby was super convenient, saving us both money and a lot of hassle.

The rooms were clean, well-equipped with amenities, and spacious, offering excellent value for money. We stayed as a family of six, including seniors and children, and the host was very thoughtful and quick to respond. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the Xuexiang Station exit. We'd definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip.

I absolutely loved my stay here! It made my Shenzhen trip perfect. The place felt so warm and welcoming, and I was completely satisfied with everything, from the service to the room itself. It was impeccably clean. With two subway lines nearby, getting anywhere was incredibly convenient. There were also plenty of affordable and tasty dining options in the vicinity. Plus, having a 24-hour convenience store right next door was a huge convenience.

I've stayed here multiple times. This visit, I drove and found ample parking on B3. The ambiance was very comfortable, and my dedicated attendant was incredibly thoughtful, reserving an excellent room for me. The room was also pre-disinfected, thoroughly ventilated, and impeccably clean. A big thank you to my dedicated attendant and the housekeeping team! I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Ok quite good

The hotel room was spotlessly clean. It had every amenity you could ask for. The nearby shopping mall, Vanke Plaza, recommended by the beautiful waitress was absolutely stunning. It felt like we were living in the forest. I've definitely booked this hotel for my next stay.

This is a perfect place for couples to stay. The owner upgraded me to a duplex, which was a delight. The location is very convenient, and the nearby pickled fish restaurant is delicious. It's perfect for young people, the rooms are well-insulated, and conversations are very pleasant. The service is excellent, the rooms are a good size, very clean, and the facilities are complete. It's a truly great value for money. Highly recommended!
