Check-in was very convenient, and the staff, especially Edison and Doreen, provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

1. The hotel's location is excellent; the subway station entrance is about 100 meters away, and there's a shopping mall across the street, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. 2. The hotel staff are all very friendly and greet you proactively. They are quick to resolve any issues you might have. 3. The hygiene and other aspects are also very good, and the breakfast is decent. 4. The room is well-equipped with essential amenities, including a refrigerator, a washer-dryer combo, and a full set of kitchenware and tableware.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a quiet and comfortable environment. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. Especially since a typhoon was approaching and I was eager to get home, I had a car booked to pick me up for the airport at 1:30 PM. I asked the front desk if I could have a late check-out, and they quickly granted a complimentary extension, which I greatly appreciate 🙏

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the room, but there are a few points the hotel really needs to address: 1. There are eight USB charging ports by the bed, but six of them were broken. 2. I personally think there should be some USB charging ports on the desk, which would be much more convenient. 3. There should be an additional mirror on the desk so I don't have to go to the bathroom every time I want to use one. The hotel's location is good, and I'm very happy with the environment. I'll definitely be back next time.
