Ascott Serviced Apartments in Shenzhen benefit from a convenient location right next to a shopping mall, making dining and entertainment easily accessible. However, the hotel experience had some drawbacks. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with limited variety, which might not satisfy guests looking for a more diverse selection. Additionally, the building's layout requires guests to change lifts twice to reach their rooms, which can be inconvenient. There was also an issue with room assignments upon arrival, though the staff promptly corrected it after a call to reception. While the hotel offers comfortable accommodations, there is room for improvement in overall service efficiency.

Great location above the mall in Nan Shan district. Mall has a variety of shops including hey tea. 大家乐 is right around the corner as well to grab a bite. 7 eleven is just across the lobby entrance. Bed was comfortable. Room is clean and of good size for a serviced apartment. Condition could be improved though.

Room is nice esp the sunset view which is stunning. Spaciousness is very much appreciated esp for people staying multiple nights or longer. Breakfast is good with decent choices both Chinese and international.

Connected to the shopping mall, the staff were all friendly, and the breakfast was great. I will definitely come back next time!

Price higher than neighboring ones. Rooms my friends booked granted bigger room than mine. But hotel is nice and location

Very large and clean apartment, we were upgraded to a 2 room suite which was very nice of them.
Convenient location with shopping mall and next to subway station.
We would stay again.
