The cleaning is not perfectly made

It was our first ever trip to Shenzhen. We were lucky enough to book this place. As a foreigner it's very hard to find hotels where the staff can speak English. But here the reception ladies were very kind. You can communicate with them on WeChat if you have any problems or if you need anything.The room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. And it's just In front of the Line 9 Nanshan bookstore station F2 exit. We will definitely book this place whenever we visit nanshan.

Good location

The location is very good, there is a shopping mall and subway next to it, which makes it very convenient for eating and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very soft, highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find, there are many restaurants nearby, the rooms are clean, the only drawback is the toilet next to the bed, over 1 night can, even stay if you will not choose.

Everything else is acceptable, but the soundproofing is like living in the same room with the neighbors. You can hear everything clearly when a socket is plugged in, and you can clearly see when the air conditioner next door is working and when it is stopped. The door between the toilet and the room is useless, and it doesn't block out any smell or sound.

Except for the musty smell when turning on the air conditioner, other aspects are similar to the industry average.

It's totally not worth the price, and has no advantages except the location. Facilities: The facilities are old. The bathroom is next to the window, which makes the window very small and the light is very poor. I don't know what the hotel designer was thinking. The space in front of the toilet is very narrow and it is easy to hit your head when standing up. The various logos in the room were still the names of the previous hotels. The towels were very thin, the disposable slippers were the worst kind, and the toothbrush shed hair. The air conditioner can only adjust the wind speed. Whether you set it to 30 or 20, the wind temperature is the same. You will freeze to death if you turn on the air conditioner, and you will be hot to death if you don't turn it on. The signal in the house is very poor and the Wi-Fi is broken. Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are unbearable. The headboard is made of woven cloth and there are a lot of hairs left by previous guests (see picture). The hygiene in the corners is also appalling (see picture). The pillows are dirty. I don't know if they have not been changed or for some other reason. The air quality is not good either. As soon as you enter the room, you can smell a sour smell mixed with cheap disinfectant and humid air. Service: Normal hotel service If it's two hundred, I can still bear it, but more than three hundred is really too much. With an extra sixty or seventy dollars, you can stay in an old four-star hotel nearby. I don't know how it got a score of 4.7, it should be 3 at best. This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in!

I didn’t notice whether there were windows at the time, but seeing the order, it was partially included. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room without windows. We asked the front desk if we could change it to one with windows, but they asked us to pay extra. This is deliberately leaving the rooms with windows unoccupied so as to make money!

The room was generally ok, but there were too many mosquitoes. The bites were unbearable. I asked the front desk to send two mosquito coils at 2:30 in the morning. The response time is ok, five minutes. The electric mosquito repellent I used had no effect at all. It is recommended to use a slightly better electric mosquito repellent. Also, clean up mosquitoes regularly.

The design of the room is a bit special, the toilet and tank share the same set of glass doors, and the sink is located at the door. The service staff who arrived at 3:00 in the morning were also very hospitable, the room price is affordable, I slept comfortably at night, and the transportation is convenient.
