TV is without local channels provided. Its a bit disapointed, others is OK.

Be there in the morning then I don't want you to be able the same thing as a friend of mine for the weekend and I think t is going to have to go in the day and then I can do it now and I can do it now if that's okay for me to get the day of your adjustments and I will have it in a few hours to go out to the day to go in a few hours and then I can see what you think I will do the first one for me to do it now and take a nap when we are doing the day of the other day I can see what the same thing I expect uiuyt I think it's the day and you don't need anything else to do with my friend and a nice lady who t is going out with me for a few up to the house for a while and I can get the money for the weekend or any other day and then I don't want you in the day and then we will be there at lobby reception for me to be honest I don't know what I do but I can do it now if you want me to the day off.

The apartment was clean. Had body wash, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and bottled water upon check-in. Staff was friendly, and you can communicate with them via wechat. There is a huge mall downstairs with many restaurants, cafes, and a very nice grocery shop. The mall is connected to Fenghuang Town metro station.

The hotel’s location was excellent as its next to an MTR station and a shopping mall, making it easy to travel to Shenzhen proper and dine whenever we wanted to. The room was also a perfect size for a family, but I found the room quite dirty and under-maintained. Lots of mosquitos were also found in the bedroom. Furthermore, Instructions on how to enter reception were also not really provided, making it difficult to find the checkin counter on our first day.

There were bugs on the pillows and ants in the shower. Air conditioner was not cold enough for upper floor.

Service was excellent and always quick and responsive. Location is perfect, train station right at doorstep, mall's and restaurants all around. The only disappointment was the lack of amenities, for example, there is a nice kitchen, a kettlen but there are absolutely no cups, utensils or cookware. Guests have to buy your own. It should be clearly stated in booking form, as for places with kitchen, they always provided the kitchen wares. The swimming pool wasn't ready till Aug/Sep.

Downstairs of Chengyu International Apartment is Exit B of Phoenix Metro Station on Line 6, adjacent to Blue Whale World and Wanda Plaza. Opposite is the Eye of Light - Guangming Art Center, and you can overlook Hongqiao. The park has a beautiful view of the long winding mountain. Downstairs from the hotel apartment are Starbucks, Heytea, KFC, McDonald's and large supermarkets. All LOFT room types in the apartment are located on the entire 23rd floor. Each room is equipped with the same high-end bedding as a five-star hotel (Shangri-La). Each room has two separate wet and dry bathrooms, and is equipped with branded TVs, refrigerators, water heaters, and washing machines. Very convenient, suitable for business trips and tourists! A very new and clean place, very affordable, located in the Blue Whale Plaza. It was raining when I went there, so I happened to be in the mall. It is very close to Phoenix Station, and there is a Wanda Mall next to it, so there is no need to worry about having nothing to eat. The receptionist at the apartment was very polite and personally took me to my accommodation. I sent my question on WeChat and it was answered in one or two minutes.
