Base Hotel (Shenzhen OCT Qiaocheng East Metro Station Branch)

Great service, and there's parking right in front of the door. Shout out to Xiao Qing! The breakfast selection is extensive, and the service is excellent. Very nice!

Booked this hotel for a concert, and it's pretty close to the Spring Cocoon. The room was great, and Xiaolv at the front desk provided excellent service. There's a creative industrial park right downstairs, so the location is fantastic and it's great value for money.

The shower stall's design is flawed – is everyone just staying silent about it? There's a huge gap under the sliding door, so the bathroom floods every time I shower. The toilet paper holder is also in a very awkward position; you have to reach for it backward. Outside the window is a dilapidated building that looks half-demolished, but if you don't care about the view, it's fine. The room isn't big, comparable to Japan; there's just enough space at the foot of the bed for one suitcase, and you have to step over things to walk around. The projector quality is also very blurry. The service was okay, I guess; they responded but didn't really solve the underlying issues. The only two advantages of staying here are its proximity to Splendid China and a fantastic nearby wooden cabin BBQ restaurant.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is beautiful. Xiao Qin and Xiao Xue at the front desk provided fantastic service. 👍👍👍 My stay was very pleasant, and the hotel's restaurant is also great! 👌👌👌

My stay at the Shenzhen Songyan Hotel was truly impressive. The lobby's design was simple yet elegant, and check-in was quick with very friendly staff. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and city views from the window. The biggest highlight was the massive projector screen in the room – lying in bed at night, you could enjoy a cinema-like viewing experience, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of transportation options and dining choices nearby, making it suitable for short trips or business stays. Overall, it offers great value for money and comes highly recommended.
