It was a calme place for one night stay it’s ideal location near the train station only 3 minutes walk

I usually book this hotel when I have an early morning train from Shenzhenbei as it is located right next to train station and there is also access to a large mall with food options. For this purpose, I only booked a room without windows and it was all right. It’s good value for money as long as you don’t expect a high-end hotel.

While the hotel's location near the North Station is a plus, and the price was just over 300, the facilities were truly subpar. For instance, I had already started showering when I discovered the shower gel and shampoo were inconveniently placed on a table outside the shower area. After bringing them in, the only spot to put them was on the floor. Even stranger, the shower head holder was completely fixed and non-adjustable – it sprayed directly into my face. To avoid this, I had to hold the shower head with one hand and wash with the other. Is this design intentionally made to prevent guests from showering with both hands free?

The location is excellent, making it a convenient stopover when transiting through Shenzhen. Finding it is a breeze: just turn right immediately after exiting West Station, and the hotel's sign is visible within 200 meters. The room was very spacious, and the cleanliness was decent. The soundproofing was also good; despite being right next to the high-speed rail, it was surprisingly quiet, with barely any discernible noise. I have a couple of minor suggestions: firstly, the TV could use an upgrade, and secondly, there isn't a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

The bed sheets had a large stain, and the walls were covered in marks. The room was infested with mosquitoes, and the bathroom sink was slightly clogged. There was also significant noise from outside the room at night. To make matters worse, when my food delivery arrived at the front desk, the staff didn't know about it and even claimed they hadn't received it.

Aside from the location, it was absolutely terrible. Honestly, you'd get better value at a cheap guesthouse. The cleanliness? It speaks for itself – I only slept for a little while before finding the bed dirty and infested with bed bugs.

The service was excellent, and the young lady at the front desk was particularly wonderful. We arrived in the morning, intending to just drop off our luggage at reception and head out to explore, then check in later in the evening. However, she checked for room availability and kindly allowed us to check in early. The room was quite spacious, the facilities were modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Aside from the room having no window, everything else was excellent.

Sound proofing is awful, can hear neighbours turning the light switch on and voices out in the hallway. Don’t expect to get a good night sleep if you are sensitive to noise. Shower was leaking water aswell and the room reeked ofcigarette smoke. The only positive is that the Hotel is 5mins away from Shenzhen North Station.

Great recharge stop if travelling long distance around China. Just ＜＞200m from High Speed Railway station. Right next to Mc Donald's & take lift to 3/F. Adequate Pitstop hotel for long distance travel or sleep before heading off in the morning. In Great little mall with Mc Donald's or several local food options. Supermarket too, so easy to stock up on snacks and drinks for onward journey.

The location is absolutely perfect! It's right next to the high-speed rail station, just a two or three-minute walk to get there. I managed to snag some last-minute tickets to Hong Kong for the May Day holiday, and it was such a relief to know I could be at the station in under 10 minutes from the hotel! Absolutely perfect! I'll definitely stay here again next time; it's incredibly convenient for round trips to Hong Kong.

Location is excellent right next to shenzhenbei station. The room itself is a quite old and there were stains on the pillow.

The service attitude was terrible. During check-in, the male front desk staff rudely slammed my ID card down. What was that about? He also didn't tell me where the restaurant was located. The next day, I went for breakfast and asked the female front desk staff about the restaurant's location, but she didn't even know. She also failed to inform us that we needed a meal ticket for breakfast, and didn't bother to tell guests which elevator goes to the restaurant. As a result, we ended up taking the wrong elevator. The restaurant's hygiene was appalling, and the space was tiny. I arrived for breakfast at 9 AM, and most of the food was already gone, and what little was left was cold! The cleanliness was equally terrible. They had a huge pot of noodles/congee, and you were given a small spoon to scoop it yourself – it was incredibly difficult to get a proper serving. Other than the good location and a decent room, this place has absolutely no redeeming qualities.
