Genpla Hotel, Shenzhen Qianhai

The handsome and beautiful staff at the hotel's front desk are incredibly attentive to guests. The breakfast is a definite highlight and adds great value to the hotel. The lady in the laundry room was so thoughtful; she not only helped put my washed clothes into the basket but also folded them! I loved the smart speaker that plays music and even shows the lyrics! The Junpu Academy Hotel is so considerate, even providing amenities like an electronic scale and umbrellas for guests – truly impressive!

Everything about the hotel was incredibly satisfying. We had breakfast again today, and the buffet offered a wide variety of choices. I was particularly pleased to see some healthy options, as well as healthy fruit teas and beverages. The manager, Grace, might have been on leave or very busy, as we didn't meet her in person, but she stayed in touch via WeChat. She handled all the arrangements and information perfectly. She also proactively sought feedback after check-out. Sun Lijuan, a senior floor attendant, was very proactive, responded quickly, and was extremely friendly. Poppy Xie Wanhui, a senior front desk receptionist, was also very thoughtful when handling our check-out and luggage storage. The entire team provided us with an excellent experience, and we left feeling utterly delighted. Finally, I heard the occupancy rate is quite high now, so I hope it doesn't become too difficult to book a room!

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, equipped with modern facilities. Its central location offers convenient transportation and a wide variety of dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and tasted delicious. My stay at this hotel was definitely worth the money.

The room was great, very spacious. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient, and they immediately approved a late check-out for me. Later, because I had a meeting, I asked the hotel if I could check out even later, and they were very helpful and extended it a bit more, which I really appreciate. A big thank you to Delia and Ann from housekeeping for helping clean the room; they even left a thoughtful note and some water after cleaning. Very satisfied, thank you everyone!
