This hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen, just over 400 meters from the metro station. With the extensive subway network, it's incredibly convenient to get to many places. The hotel facilities are satisfactory, the room is clean, and the hygiene is good. The breakfast is simple, hygienic, and offers a variety of choices. The view from the room window is also great.

Location: The hotel is moreover business plus residential area, so mostly local guests available. The hotel itself has different floors for hotels and apartments combined. Very close to Metro and also nearby World of Wonders. It made very easy for us to travel all around. Room: Rooms we stayed was good with beautiful view of the Shenzhen city, skyscrapers and tall buildings entirely observed from the room. Room size felt little small and with only basic amenities available. Breakfast: Only Chinese Breakfast available. It was clearly advertised in booking. Hospitality: although there was language barrier, the receptions were very helpful and even provided me with the compatible adaptor during my stay. Washing machine and Dryer available with charge of CNY10 for each. They helped me use the machine. Restaurants are close by, so that’s a plus. Note: when we were in the hotel, it was under construction in same building. It was noisy in around the counter area, but didn’t affect our stay as no sound in the room. However, we could hear some noise sometimes from adjacent rooms. And smell from Durian ruined one night for us which it seems the guests had at that night.

I've never slept on such a hard spring mattress before. You could literally feel every single spring poking through the mattress just by lying down. It was so uncomfortable that we didn't get any sleep all night and woke up with terrible backaches. To make matters worse, as soon as we entered the room, there was an overpowering smell of disinfectant. The bedding was torn, and even the chair was broken. The entire experience was truly awful; it was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever encountered. When we checked in, the hotel lobby was under renovation, and the front desk was just a makeshift setup in a temporary space. It was utterly ridiculous.

In the fact, hotel is absolutely different from description on the site. Our room was very dirty with footprints on the floor and cutted nails. We were so tired to try to change another room. Furthermore, there is no reception, just a man, sitting in the small shop at the bottom of the building. It seems like building is under reconstruction but still every thing is very old. In the discription of the room was mentioned that there is a hair dryer, but in the fact, it is not. Staff doesn’t speak english!! I payed 3400 rubles for this room, so expensive for this!!!

Upon check-in, the hotel front desk staff proactively upgraded us to a suite for free when they saw we had a child with us. They even provided children's toothbrushes and slippers, which was incredibly thoughtful! We had a great overall experience and, with the helpful coordination of staff members Xiao Xie and Xiao Li, we extended our stay for another night. The service attitude was excellent. While the hotel's exterior might not be particularly eye-catching, the room facilities are quite complete and well-maintained. The toiletries and towels, all branded with the hotel's name, were also relatively new, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. Our child even wanted to stay longer! Being right next to a police station definitely added to our sense of security. 😂 It's also very close to Zhuzilin subway station, with plenty of convenient dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. I'm confident we'll choose this hotel again on our next visit! 👍
