The rooms was clean and spacious, definitely worth more than what we’ve paid. Called a few days ahead to ask if it possible to have the room decorated and a cake for the birthday girl. Surprisingly, they did it with more than I have asked with no extra charge, special thank to 揽鑫 who help organized our requests and keep following up with us of how our stay was. Definitely will stay again!

Room very clean, friendly staff. Only down side is acoustic of building, I can hear very clearly what next room discussion and from road side.

The staff was extremely warm, caring and professional. They really put their heart into work, especially 饅頭. His care, help and advice took a lot of trouble of my shoulder when traveling! Everything's extremely clean, food is delicious and there's plenty to choose from. Interior design is pretty, elegant and subtle. I really felt comfortable during my whole 5 night stay. Would definitely book again and recommend this place fully, I was feeling genuinely saddened when leaving.

The receptionis is polite and responsive, they even have kid’s set including kid shampoo, kids bathtub and slipper. Very comfortable stay!
