The duplex three-bedroom apartment we booked this time exceeded all expectations! The three beds were well-distributed, and having independent bathrooms on both floors meant no one had to rush. The soft tatami bed was incredibly relaxing to lie on. It's really comfortable and convenient for friends traveling together or a family trip, a perfect experience! 💯

Spent a weekend in Shenzhen with my family and booked this hotel in advance, as there are a few shopping areas nearby. While browsing the mall in the afternoon, my phone battery was running low, so I rented a power bank. We had a great time until we got back to the hotel at night and I realized the power bank was still in my bag – I completely forgot to return it! I quickly opened the mini-program to check for nearby return points, but several were full, meaning I'd have to deal with it the next morning. Although it wasn't a major issue, I was worried about being charged extra for overdue use and couldn't stop thinking about it. Thankfully, the hotel's environment was restful, and the bed was comfortable. I managed to return the power bank smoothly the next morning, and the problem was solved. This also reminded me to set a reminder next time I rent a power bank, or I'll easily forget again.

I took two days off to relax in Shenzhen, and the hotel was conveniently located near a subway station, making getting around very easy. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were very patient and helpful. The room looked clean and tidy, and overall, I had a good impression. The next day, I planned to visit a nearby attraction. It was cloudy when I left, and thinking it wouldn't rain, I didn't bring an umbrella. However, shortly after I started walking, it suddenly poured! There weren't many places to take shelter by the road, so I had to jog the rest of the way. By the time I reached the mall, my pant legs and shoes were soaked, which was a bit embarrassing and certainly spoiled my relaxed mood. After returning to the hotel that evening, I quickly took a hot shower, which made me feel much better. The air conditioning in the room worked great, and after a good night's rest, I felt much more refreshed. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at the hotel. It just goes to show how quickly the weather can change in Shenzhen; next time, I'll definitely remember to carry an umbrella, just in case.
