I originally stayed here for 2 days at first. I try it to schedule a hotel for more than 1-2 nights to see if I like a hotel first. I booked the executive suite. Then I renewed it for 3 more nights. I chose the superior room because I didn’t need that much space. The superior room was huge. It is very clean. Bed and pillow soft. Heater and air conditioning works well. They give soft high quality slippers with a thick sole. These slippers are probably the best I have seen from a hotel. I went to Hong Kong and spent the night there at Best Western because it was too late to come back to Shenzhen. That hotel was not as nice as my Shenzhen hotel. One night there is 3 nights here. The staff are always polite and smiling. There’s a cute robot that delivers stuff. Free water provided in the rooms and they give you real towels. The executive suite had nice bathrobes too. I don’t usually wear one so I didn’t use it. The Metro subway is close by. You can wait 25 minutes or pay 10 RMB for a DIDI or taxi. I recommend this hotel.

A great hotel, with very good service and an excellent environment. Xiao Xie and Xiao Xu, was so kind to us and every time he was able to help us with anything we needed

The room was good but the curtains didn’t cover the sunlight. The ac has cigarette smell very much The breakfast is the main issue. As in TRIP.COM it says Chinese breakfast. Instead they gave us kfc burger and say is breakfast very disappointing about that

During my stay at the Wyndham Shenzhen, Jossce at the front desk provided exceptional service with a friendly and professional attitude. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and resting night, Good soundproofing, clean and spacious enough room. Great service, efficient, professionnal. Very good value for money imo if you're on a business trip. 睡了一晚上，性价比很ok，隔音效果好，干净，舒适。前台和早餐服务很周到，效率高。 地理位置不错，买东西很方便。推荐

The hotel room is really nice. It is located in Yucui New Village, Longhua District. It has complete facilities, clean and tidy rooms, free washing machines and dryers. The hotel is elegant and comfortable. The service staff Xiaojin and Xiaozou are also very friendly. There are disposable face towels and slippers. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Overall, the experience is very good.
