Chengjia Apartment Hotel (Shenzhen Nanshan Subway Station) Reviews

The washing machine and detergent in the room was great and location is convenient to lots of food places and the subway. Interaction with host was minimal but accessible via WeChat if needed.

Place was well located 5 minutes walk to Nanshan station with lines 11 and 12 metro. Clean small room and enough for my needs. Has a washer too and hanging area which is really convenient for my few days stay. No tea and coffee but each day gave 2 bottles of water on the table and another two bottles on the fridge...super considerate! Also gave toothbrushes, slippers and has a hairdryer. All staff both at reception (especially Mr Wong!) and the cleaners were really nice which made my stay so enjoyable. Maybe the only thing is to have at least one English TV channel (like CGTN?) as didn't understand all the Chinese channels. Next time will try to get a room with a window which then would be perfect!

Not bad

Strategic location, Very near to subway that can reach many tourism spot. It is good For us 6people to stay. We got A no window apartment but Its ok . There is aircond in living room and rooms. It is good enought For travelling purpose.

We are visiting from Canada. The rooms are very clean and good size. The hotel personnel were very friendly, helpful, and the location is close to the nanshan subway; making it convenient to go anywhere in Shenzhen. Lots of restaurants nearby. Entrance and room was electronic numeric password so no need to carry around key cards. Overall, we had a great comfortable stay for a week.. Thanks!

The absence of a mirror in the bathroom or sink for beard shaving was negative for bearded men. Other than that, it's a very nice apartment room.

Nice hotel close to two subway stations and many Japanese and Korean restaurants. Would recommend.

Great place to stay in Shenzhen

Small but good

The service staff are very polite and can answer guests' questions. Some of the staff can speak Cantonese. The room is cleaned and a washing machine and refrigerator are provided. However, it is a bit inconvenient for the bed to go up and down on the upper floor of the room. This separation makes the lobby wider. There is a distance to the left of the hotel.
