The hotel is right outside Fumin subway station, making its location incredibly convenient – you see it as soon as you exit the subway. The room amenities are quite basic, but the room itself is very clean. Although it's a single room, there's plenty of space for luggage. The biggest drawbacks are the small window and the view of some metal scaffolding outside. Downstairs there's a restaurant, and you have to cross the street to get to Shuiwei Village. The value for money is just average, but overall, this hotel is cheaper than other nearby options.

location is good, just next to exit of Metro. Nearby has quite a lot of restaurants. Services are OK since we do not have any specific request. Cleanliness is just fair. However our room has mosquito that did affect our sleeping quality. As the price of room is not expensive at all, if one do not mind , it is still OK to stay

Too small, the toilet is too close, and there's a disgusting toilet smell. The soundproofing is so bad I couldn't sleep at all.

Basic hotel but a great location right outside the metro exit. Rooms are a little on the small side but they have the bare essentials- a mini fridge would have been nice. Great restaurants in the area especially 1368 Shuiwei Block. Easy check in and check out. Rooms are quiet and they read the guest requests on the booking.
