The overall accommodation conditions and hotel services were good. The only strange thing was that when I made the reservation, Tujia Butler directly cancelled my order and asked for a price increase. Since I urgently needed a place to stay at the time, I didn't argue with him and booked the room using the new price. Two days later, Tujia reminded me to pay the deposit in the chat. I told him that I could pay the deposit on the spot, but he said that if I didn't pay the deposit, he would cancel my room. However, in fact, the room was not cancelled. So I always feel that there is a bug here. If the house is good, but the customer feels disgusted because of the poor service, it is not worth it for the company.

This trip with our children was quite a agonizing decision when choosing a hotel, but after careful consideration, we ultimately opted for Yitang Apartment Hotel. It proved to be an extremely wise choice. The hotel's excellent location made getting around incredibly convenient, and the seamless connection between the parking lot and the rooms saved us a lot of hassle with moving things. Yitang's service was equally outstanding; the staff were always on call and responded quickly, making us feel right at home. The room design at Yitang perfectly matched our expectations for family travel accommodations, with its one-living room, two-bedroom layout, plus an attached study, kitchen, and balcony, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The children had a blast playing in this environment and said they wanted to stay at Yitang again next time they visit Shenzhen. We especially appreciated the room layout; every inch of space was utilized efficiently, making it both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The friendly service from the receptionist was also very impressive; her smile and patience made us feel right at home. Furthermore, the intelligent management system added many highlights to our stay; the robot food delivery service was novel, fun, efficient, and convenient. The cleanliness and comfort of the swimming pool were also a major highlight of Yitang, where children played happily and enjoyed carefree moments. Overall, our stay at Yitang exceeded our expectations, providing our family with a wonderful and unforgettable weekend. We sincerely thank Yitang for their meticulous arrangements and thoughtful service, and look forward to visiting again in the future.

My first stay at Yitang was a pleasant surprise; it was even better than I expected. Every detail was meticulously arranged, the room was cleaned daily, and everyone in the apartment complex was polite and welcoming. We could even cook our own meals, and a Walmart was very close by. Amy, who contacted me, was incredibly warm and attentive, even arranging a coffee machine for us. Knowing I like high floors, she gave us a room on the 29th floor, with a fantastic view. There's also a gym downstairs in Building A, where we played ping-pong. It was so much better than staying in a hotel; it felt much more like home. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The cleanliness is five-star hotel level! The bed was very clean! The room was huge, and there was a large balcony with a great view 👍 It was also very safe; delivery drivers didn't come upstairs, and there were little robots to help with deliveries!
