I arrived at 9pm and the room was not yet to be cleaned, the reception girl was super nice and service minded she did everything she could after consulting with the manager, this concluded the disappointment, I had to wait 30 more mins for the room to be cleaned and the reception lady had to do it.
The hotel itself was good and service is also decent but how this situation was handled (not check me in to other room since it is their fault) after talking to manager was questionable to me.

The room is not big, but the design is OK. The amenities are OK and easy to use. Two disposable towels were also given. The price/performance ratio is good. The location is very good, just one stop away from the port, which is very convenient.

The price-performance ratio is very good. There is no elevator, and the sound insulation is average, but the projection is quite useful. The air conditioner is facing the bed. I didn't sleep well on the first day when I turned on the cooling and blew it towards the bed. Later, I felt much more comfortable when I turned on the dehumidification.
