Great hotel. It’s a 4 star hotel, with a 5 star service. Rooms are clean and very modern, with automatic lighting and curtains. Hotel have a focus on environmental protection, rather then wasteful consumption. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Receptionist helped with all my questions regarding Directions and arranging taxis, special thank you to lady name LanLan! Security guys helped with communication to taxi drivers, doors opening and luggage, even cleaners saying hello. Breakfast is nice, Chinese and western options are available! Leaving the hotel, I mentioned I enjoyed the tea selection in the room, and got a bag of extra tea bags as gift to take home 😊. Enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at The Skytel. The location was central to where we were travelling. Convenience stores, supermarkets and shopping centres were within walking distance.

A boutique hotel in the middle of Shenzhen, everything is new and clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, there are laundry services in the hotel, the rooms are big and clean, I liked it very much and I will definitely come back again

Welcoming staff. Approach to hotel is difficult due to road construction. New amenities. Although a few hangers in bathroom would be needed.
