The Skytel (Shenzhen Central Park Branch)

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, so getting around for shopping and dining is a breeze. Our room was spotlessly clean and didn't have any strange odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so we slept really well. The staff were all very kind and patient, and they responded quickly whenever we needed something. The facilities are also well-maintained. All in all, it offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for a short trip.

Xiaoyu at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful! Really excellent service! There's also a laundry room.

The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was good too. It's clean and the location is convenient. It's super easy to get to Huaqiangbei, and there are plenty of dining options within a kilometer. Definitely recommend! The only downside was that there was an air conditioner outdoor unit right outside our room, which was a bit noisy late at night. Laundry facilities were very convenient though!

The hotel was great, very clean and tidy. They kindly upgraded my room for free and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM. They even gave me a bookmark! The front desk lady was very nice and gentle. I left in a hurry so I didn't take any photos.

This was my first stay at this Grand Skylight Hotel, and the overall decor is acceptable. However, the biggest issue with this stay was the insufficient water pressure in the shower. I called the front desk in the evening to inquire about it, but the staff couldn't offer an effective solution and weren't able to arrange for an engineer to come up and fix it. The front desk staff were reasonably efficient and polite during check-in. The only significant problem was the extremely weak water pressure. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend staying here.

The room facilities were good, and the lighting was ample. Anna provided excellent service. The service overall was great, and the hotel's location near the park made getting around very convenient. The environment was also very pleasant.
