今天退房充電器忘了，等我返回去拿，前台和客房服務員都在，説充電器給其它客人了，都不知道怎麼管理的，客人有沒有要充電器沒有登記的嗎？為什麼就可以把客人留下來的充電器當做是自己的呢？從其他客人那裡拿回我的充電器，前台還讓我自己上到樓上去拿，這是什麼服務呢？我不肯上去，前台後面去給我拿下來，拿下來還説這個充電器就像是他們酒店的，言外之意是説我要順走他們的充電器嗎？入住酒店，喝水的兩個杯子，一個杯子是沒有蓋的，上一任客人燒水壺還剩好多水都沒倒掉洗手間放熱水要放好多水，都沒有這麼熱

衞生:蟑螂滿天飛，垃圾一大推，很大塵灰，很潮，潮味很大。床上有黃的液體的印記，沒洗乾淨
環境:不隔音，很吵，根本沒法入睡，隔壁説話都能聽得一清二楚，環境很差，臟亂差。
服務：裏面的保潔阿姨喜歡推卸責任，態度很差，衞生沒搞好就讓客人入住
