Poman Hotel (Shenzhen Hongqiao Park & Guangmingcheng Station Branch)

The hotel was easy to find with navigation, and there's a subway station very close by. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were welcoming, even proactively reminding me about breakfast times and the WiFi password. The room wasn't large but the layout was well-designed. The cleanliness was excellent; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless and odor-free. The hot water came out quickly with good pressure. The air conditioning (for both cooling and heating) worked well, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, for this price, I'm very satisfied with the experience and will definitely consider staying here again for my next business trip.

They upgraded us for free to their panoramic king room. The room had a sofa and a kettle, and it was really pleasant to lie on the sofa by the floor-to-ceiling window, soak up the sun, and listen to an audiobook.

The hotel lobby's display cases are filled with antique books and classic literature, each one weighty and brimming with endless wisdom.

Pleasant little surprises during check-in! The front desk had a variety of free candies, including dried tangerine peel candy and mints. You could grab one while waiting, a small gesture that felt incredibly heartwarming. The service truly had a personal touch.

The Japanese-style tatami room had a wonderful ambiance, was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the space was generous. It was convenient for getting around, and my stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

No opulent decor, but full of heartwarming touches, a great place to stay during your travels.

Convenient and easy, with convenient parking. Worth it.

The lighting in the room was really dim. I even took pictures of how dirty it was – there were cobwebs next to the TV, the showerhead was absolutely filthy, the wallpaper was peeling at the corners, and there was an old double eyelid sticker on the desk that clearly hadn't been cleaned from a previous guest. I was so exhausted that night and fell asleep really late, so I didn't bother to complain to the hotel and just left the next day.

Cleanliness: Very clean, the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and approachable.
