HanTing Hotel (Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport)

Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money. The room came with a washing machine and dryer, which made laundry incredibly convenient, especially when traveling. All the appliances were fully equipped and worked perfectly, and they looked brand new. The living experience was very comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, just as I always like it. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and thoughtful. 👍👍👍 The mattress was especially comfortable to sleep on, and the pillows were also excellent.

I've stayed at 80-100 Hanting hotels, and this is the first time I'm giving a negative review. Here's what happened: I ordered takeout, and the robot was supposed to deliver it. I guess the call didn't connect to the robot, so I didn't receive my food. Worried, I called the front desk, but no one picked up, forcing me to go downstairs. I asked why my food hadn't been delivered yet, and the front desk said they hadn't received it and the robot had returned. I told them their phone wasn't responding at all, and the front desk looked confused, and so did I. What's that supposed to mean, is it my fault?

I booked a hourly room this time. Parking was convenient, right outside the hotel. The front desk lady was very gentle and enthusiastic, proactively asking if I needed the shuttle to the airport. The room was large and very clean; I honestly think it was much better than the Hanting I stayed at in Qianhai the night before 🥲. The female shuttle driver was also very warm and helpful. It was really great, and next time I need a quick rest and refresh before heading to the airport, I'll definitely choose this Hanting again.

The room was decent, pretty good actually. The airport transfer service was also excellent. It's close to the terminal, which is much better than staying at a city hotel, especially for red-eye flights or early morning departures the next day. It offers far better value for money than the overpriced hotels inside the terminal for an overnight stay.

If you're particular about cleanliness, Hanting is the way to go – that saying really holds true. Hanting hotels are always clean, and this particular branch has a great location. It's just so clean, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is delicious too. The service is excellent, and it's newly renovated, so there's no formaldehyde smell whatsoever. Hanting is a hotel under the Huazhu Group, and their service is consistently good.

The room was newly renovated, simple, and clean, with soft bedding that ensured a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with plenty of hot water and stable pressure. The in-room WiFi was fast, perfect for both work and streaming without any lag. The front desk staff was efficient, making check-in a breeze. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. Amenities like free parking and a laundry room were very practical. Overall, it's great value for money, with convenient transportation and attentive service. It's definitely my top choice for business travel near the airport. I'll be staying here again on my next visit!
